2020/03/05現在、OpenVINOのRaspberry Pi向けのインストールガイド(https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/_docs_install_guides_installing_openvino_raspbian.html)を参考に手順を進めても、デモの実行部分(Build and Run Object Detection Sample)でエラーが発生してしまう。

(使用したソースはl_openvino_toolkit_runtime_raspbian_p_2020.1.023.tgz)

どうやら既知の問題(https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/849460)らしく、使用するモデルファイルを古いものに差し替えると実行できるらしい。

具体的には、デモの実行で使用するモデルファイルを

• detection-adas-0001.bin → https://download.01.org/opencv/2019/open_model_zoo/R3/20190905_163000_models_bin/face-detection-retail-0004/FP16/face-detection-retail-0004.bin
• detection-adas-0001.xml → https://download.01.org/opencv/2019/open_model_zoo/R3/20190905_163000_models_bin/face-detection-retail-0004/FP16/face-detection-retail-0004.xml

のように変更すれば良い。

※実行にはIntel® Movidius™ Visual Processing Unitsが搭載された製品が必要なことに注意。
